Shipping policy

The shipping policy of NENE’s store (“our store”) is as follows. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Shipping Area

We offer shipping within Japan as well as international shipping to selected countries and regions.

2. Shipping Carriers

We ship our products using Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, or other appropriate shipping carriers depending on the delivery destination.

Please note that customers cannot choose the shipping carrier.

3. Shipping Time

Orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days from the date of order.
Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery area, destination country or region, customs procedures, and seasonal conditions.
For domestic shipments within Japan, delivery usually takes approximately 2 to 5 days after shipment.

note : delivery may take longer than usual during busy periods, such as national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, or other peak seasons.

4. Shipping Fees

Domestic Shipping Within Japan
The shipping fee within Japan is JPY 800, including tax.
Additional shipping fees may apply for remote islands or certain areas. In such cases, we will contact you separately after confirming your order.

International Shipping

International shipping fees vary depending on the destination region.
Import duties, customs fees, taxes, or any other charges required by the destination country or region are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email.
You can track the delivery status on the shipping carrier’s website.


6. Changes to Shipping Address

As a general rule, we do not accept changes to the shipping address after an order has been confirmed.
However, if you contact us before the order has been shipped, we may be able to assist you. Please contact us for further details.


7. Absence at the Time of Delivery and Redelivery

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the shipping carrier will leave a delivery notice where applicable.
Please follow the instructions on the delivery notice and arrange redelivery directly with the shipping carrier.

For international shipments, redelivery procedures may vary depending on the destination country, region, or shipping carrier.


8.Damage or Loss During Shipping

If the product is damaged or lost due to an accident during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible.
After confirming the situation, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund.
However, if compensation from the shipping carrier is available, we may ask you to use that process first.


9. Long-Term Absence or Refusal to Receive Delivery

Please note that if a package is returned due to long-term absence, refusal to receive delivery, incorrect address information, or any other reason attributable to the customer, we may charge the customer for round-trip shipping fees and any redelivery handling fees.
