This delay is due to more time than anticipated being required for the manufacturing process and final inspection, in addition to delays in the international shipping schedule, resulting in a prolonged delivery time.

To all affected customers,
we previously sent a message around 8:00 AM on March 21st from "nenes.store.japan@gmail.com" to your registered Gmail address.
We apologize for this repeated notification, but currently, the relevant products are scheduled to be shipped between around April 20th and the end of April.

Going forward, we will send updates on shipping progress from the email address "hello@nenes-store-japan.com".
