✨ We recently visited our warehouse in Fukui Prefecture! 📦🐾

I'm Catherine from NENE's Store.

Back in late April, our team had the opportunity to visit our fulfillment warehouse in Fukui Prefecture for the very first time! 📦✨

This warehouse plays an important role in helping us carefully prepare and ship your orders, so we were excited to see everything in person and meet the wonderful team who supports us every day. 🐾🧡

⬆️ This is the entrance where thousands of packages arrive at our warehouse. 📦✨

Every NENE's Store order is carefully packed and shipped from this very location.

Our visit happened to coincide with the arrival of products scheduled for April delivery, so we had the chance to work alongside the warehouse team.

With their guidance, our staff even helped with the packing process ourselves! 📦🐾

It was a wonderful experience to see firsthand the care and attention that goes into preparing every order before it begins its journey to your home. 🧡

Although it's a part of the process most people never get to see, every step is carried out with great care and attention to detail.

Seeing firsthand how many people and how much dedication go into preparing each order before it reaches your home was truly inspiring. 🥹🧡

It reminded us that every package is more than just a shipment—it's something prepared with care, so it arrives safely for you and your beloved pet. 🐾✨

Seeing everything behind the scenes gave us even more confidence in the care and systems that are in place to ensure your orders are packed and shipped safely.

We also learned an important lesson: when so many people work together to deliver each package, clear communication, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential to keeping mistakes as close to zero as possible.

It was inspiring to see the dedication and teamwork that help every SHARR order reach its new home with care. 🧡🐾

It was my very first visit to Fukui Prefecture, and I have to say... the food was incredible! 😍

The fresh sashimi was especially unforgettable—so fresh and delicious! 🐟✨
(I was so busy enjoying it that I completely forgot to take a photo! 😂)

This visit reminded us just how many wonderful people are involved behind the scenes before each order reaches your home.

Every package passes through many careful hands, and seeing that process in person filled us with gratitude.

It also gave us even greater confidence in the care, quality, and attention that go into every NENE's Store product.

Next week, we'll be visiting SHARR's manufacturing facility in South Korea! 🇰🇷✈️
